Growing up around his grandmother’s organic garden has made him an avid supporter
of ethical and responsible food growth and distribution. He is passionate about
ecological and environmental conservationism and his goal is to educate the public
about the importance of green food production, processing and preservation.
In addition to his love affair with agriculture, he loves to make simple and traditional
Italian dishes. His food motto is - back to basics, simple is better.
